This portion of PrayerGuard is designed to help believers pray faithfully and effectively for unreached people groups.

Providing short specific topics for prayer, and sending automatic reminders, keeps your people group in focus for those who are praying and helps them pray straight to the point.

By encouraging scripture-based praying, believers are empowed to pray with boldness and faith. People who have more confidence in prayer will pray more, and pray better.

-What is it?

PrayerGuard is an online prayer session. It helps focus intercession by targeting short specific topics with scripture and sample prayers. By keeping your people group in front of the intercessors back home, we keep the prayer shield up and active, with a minimum of effort on your part.

-How does it Work?

1-Sign-up for your Free PrayerGuard account for the UPG you want prayer for.
2-We generate a "Pray for UPG" button or link (like the one below).
3-You post the button or link on a web site or by email for your intercessors.
4-The Prayer-link brings people to 'Today's Prayer Topics' with your UPG name inserted.
5-Each prayer session includes 3 short topics which rotate to cover a wide variety of needs.

-Enlisting Your PrayerGuard

-By placing a "Pray for UPG" button (like the one above) on your personal, church or ministry web site.
-Include a "Pray for UPG" link in your prayer update emails.
-Include a "Pray for UPG" link in the signature portion of all your emails.

Automatic Reminders
If you have an egroup set up for your intercessors, we can send an automatic prayer reminder every 5 days to your egroup with your "Pray for UPG" link included. We also send an email notice anytime you update the prayer needs page.

-More Details

Three topics are displayed for each day, along with a scripture and sample prayer. Your UPG name will be inserted into the sample prayer for each topic. There are 3 main categories, and over 50 prayers on different topics slected randomly, so each day is a different prayer experience.

Egroups
An egroup is like a mailing list. You can send an email to everyone on the list, just by sending it to the list address. To have PrayerGuard email automatic reminders to your egroup, just add your egroup posting address to your PrayerGuard profile when you register. The reminder will be sent every 5 days, and includes your "Pray for UPG prayer-link."
