Sometimes, following Jesus means facing persecution and dangers to proclaim who He is. Please ask God to give courage to those who minister for His name's sake.

Prayer
Father, You alone are God and there is no one else like You. The earth is Yours and everything in it, the World and all who live in it. Let Your mighty hand of grace and mercy be extended to bless Your servants.
I pray for Batahin of Sudan, Lord, and I ask that You would bless them with courage to stand firm in the face of persecution. Strengthen their heart Lord with Your presence and remind them that no trouble, persecution or danger can separate them from Your love. In Your authority, Lord Jesus, I bind the spirits of darkness that are resisting Batahin of Sudan today. I cancel the plans they have made to hinder the work of the Gospel, and hold Batahin of Sudan back from proclaiming Christ as Lord.
