Individuals: A Father’s revelation
Intro
In every people group there are fathers who love and provide for their children. They each have something in them that connects with our Father in Heaven. Our prayers can focus the attention of the Holy Spirit on one of these fathers.
Scripture
Jer 10:7 Who should not revere you, O King of the nations? This is your due. Among all the wise men of the nations and in all their kingdoms, there is no-one like you.
Prayer
God of Glory, who can be compared to you? You are faithful and true, redeeming that which is lost and restoring that which is broken. You are worthy of all our worship and devotion.
Father, I thank You for the Holy Spirit that You have sent to lead us into all truth, I lift up the Danish of Canada to You, and I pray for the fathers among them. Holy Spirit, I ask that today you would visit one of these fathers and spark in his heart the revelation he needs to embrace the Good News of Jesus. Over-shadow him with Your presence Lord, and touch him with the truth of Your love. I ask that You would stir his father's heart to search for his Heavenly Father and to carve a path for other Danish of Canadas to follow.
